What will my first appointment look like?

Your first appointment will consist of a comprehensive examination including:

• health history

• biomechanical assessment

• orthopedic testing

• joint and soft tissue palpation

• same day treatment

What will be included in daily visits?

Daily visits will consist of:

• manual soft tissue techniques

• chiropractic adjustments

• corrective rehabilitative exercises

Will I have to keep coming back?

Our typical treatment plan includes 6-8 visits over 4-6 weeks. This time ensures we get to the root of your pain while keeping it relatively short to monitor your progress and change plans as necessary. Our main goal is to provide you with the tools and knowledge to take charge of your health. After completing their treatment plans, many patients opt for regular maintenance or wellness care to stay feeling great and sustain their progress.

Does Elevate Chiropractic & Rehab accept insurance?

Yes, we will be accepting BCBS and Sanford insurance plans. We are currently in the process of becoming established with those companies. In the meantime, we can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. For companies we do not accept or are out of network with, we offer affordable cash rates to ensure our services remain accessible.
